How Your Website Order is Processed
Your website order is forwarded direclty to our offices here in the Motherhouse. The Call Center staff reviews and enters orders into our system to begin processing and then forwards to Fulfillment for Picking and Packing. When your order leaves our building you will receive a 2nd Email alerting you to the method of shipping which will be either UPS or USPS depending on the size of your order. (If no tracking # appears in that e-mail your order is shipping via USPS. They only provide tracking for Express Mail.) During our peak season (Oct thru Dec) orders generally leave our facility within 72 business-day hours. Depending on your distance from Chicago orders should arrive at your location within 10 -12 business days. Within ACCOUNT INFORMATION you can update your Contact information and revise Email address, street address and other Contact information. Within LOST PASSWORD you can recover your original password which is encrypted at the site and automatically sent to the original Email used to open your account.) NOTE: BOTH PASSWORD AND EMAIL ADDRESS are "Case sensitive", so important to enter exactly as originally entered.

Creating Customer Accounts
Once you have made an initial purchase on this new site, the next time you "Checkout" there will be a "Returning Customer" box at "Checkout" . Your password and e-mail information are kept confidentially in our system. Also at "Checkout" you will be asked if the shipping address is different from the billing (This is for Gift orders or orders being sent to another address).

MOTA NOTE: Mail-Catalog customers have a customer number that is used to quickly identify your account in our Call Center. This web program is not cross-referenced to that customer number which is why you're asked to set up a website account to move your order more quickly through "Checkout".

Gift Certificates
Information about Gift Certificates can be found in the Category "Small Gifts" or use "Search" and enter the key words "Gift Certificate". Gift cards are included with Gift Certificates and you will also have the option to send directly to the gift receipient.
