We welcome collaboration and invite submissions which reflect the spirit of our mission. We have a Product Development Group who assists in selecting material based on upcoming projects, potential customer interest and our history. Your own ideas of how your submission might be used to create a product are also welcome. Occasionally ideas are proposed that are similar to projects already in process, so please be aware of that as well. Also, your submission may be suitable for products or projects that we are unable to produce here.
JPG files or other digital files as well as music files are helpful to the process.
Attach files and send EMAIL to: deptm@MinistryOfTheArts.org. An invitation to view your web site, if applicable is acceptable as well. Photocopies, photographs, CDs or actual samples of smaller items are also accepted for review. A self-addressed envelope should be enclosed if you wish to have your submission items returned. Please, no original artwork. For musicians, we can only review music that has been professionally engineered. Please include your e-mail and other contact information!

Often it takes several months to pass through our Product Development process, so we ask for your patience with the time. Also your submission may not be a match for current projects, but could be considered for one in the future, so again, thank you for your patience to our response time. We’ll give a quick e-mail reply to confirm receipt of your submission. When possible, we will tell you immediately if your submission is not related to the type of projects we can produce here.
We do our own printing on-site and use excellent quality paper stock. We make every effort to color-match the original art or photography as closely as possible.
Our artists have been very pleased with the finished products. Writing projects may require some editing with the author's approval.
